About us
E-Repair is an Italian company that has inherited the know-how of a former company and its founder's 30 years’ experience in the field. E-Repair was founded in 2007 to provide an Italian service centre that could repair and refurbish industrial printed circuit boards in a short time and at a reasonable price.
Over the years, E-Repair has proven to be a reputable and reliable company, which is why it became the only SIEMENS AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE repairing and refurbishing printed circuit boards for industrial equipment.
Later, the company expanded its range of repair services to cover industrial and marine electronics.

Our internal repair labs – managed by electronic technicians specialising in different product categories, such as:

Over the years, E-Repair has expanded its skills in order to be able to repair and refurbish both Siemens and products from other brands.
Our modern R&D department has developed new repair processes for electronic products used in different industries, such as marine and industrial electronics, BMS etc..

Technical support
Our qualified technicians are located in different regions in Italy and use specific Mobile Units to quickly reach our customers' plants and provide remanufactured spare parts to resume their facility production in the shortest possible time.
E-Repair technicians are continuously trained and certified to repair new generation and obsolete products.
Depending on the needs of our customers, we can provide on-site support – even within a few hours of the call – or remote support, using specific IT tools and our app.

Product testing
E-Repair is fully equipped so that all Siemens products repaired or remanufactured in its internal repair labs are tested by simulating the specific dynamics of use of a product.
Our company supports continuous R&D investment in order to develop special testing tools also suitable for new generation products, including Siemens and other products from major brands
To ensure quality, a specific document is issued at the end of testing activities. N.B.: To reduce the environmental impact of its testing activities, E-Repair uses 100% green energy both by self-producing it and by purchasing it from suppliers that produce renewable energy.

Electronics Cleaning
Each product repaired or remanufactured by us is thoroughly cleaned to remove any impurities, such as dirt or grease that could cause many functions of your electronics to become jammed and result in poor performance.
Depending on the type of part and its peculiarities, different automatic or manual tools can be used to clean it.
In compliance with the principles of the Circular economy, the company has implemented, over the years, cutting-edge tools and uses only eco-friendly products to carry out this activity with the lowest possible environmental impact.

Equipment & plant upgrade
On request, E-Repair technical department can upgrade the configuration parameters of your equipment and its features by adding new generation components, and also set up and activate new and obsolete items added to your plant.
