MAAS synergistically integrates different types of maintenance—reactive, preventive, predictive, and improvement-based—to monitor and optimize the plant’s electronic components, ensuring operational continuity, efficiency, and reliability.
This approach enables companies to reduce breakdowns, control maintenance budgets, extend the lifecycle of devices, and lower CO₂ emissions (Scope 3) within the supply chain, contributing to ESG goals and the transition toward a more resilient and circular industry.
Scheduled maintenance
Following a thorough system consultation, E-Repair produces a detailed technical report that enables the development of a customized advanced maintenance plan, tailored to the characteristics of the plant, production processes, and the client’s operational needs.
This service, part of the MAAS – Maintenance as a Service servitization model, includes a modular offering of value-added services fully aligned with Industry 5.0 principles, delivering flexibility, speed, and reliability in any manufacturing environment.
Interventions can be carried out either on-site, at the client's facility, or at E-Repair’s specialized laboratories, ensuring maximum operational efficiency and production continuity.
