🎉 73,264 times thank you!
The new year begins with a milestone that fills us with pride: more than 73,000 people now follow E-Repair across our official social channels.
A result that goes far beyond numbers — it reflects the trust, curiosity, and engagement of a growing network made up of technicians, partners, companies, and professionals who share our vision of sustainable industrial maintenance.
Every interaction, every message, and every new connection reminds us how important dialogue is with those who, like us, believe in production continuity, industrial electronic re-manufacturing, and the principles of the circular economy.
E-Repair Academy: the meeting point between technical training, innovation and maintenance culture
In today’s industrial landscape, characterized by complex supply chains, highly automated plants, and constant pressure on production continuity, technical expertise is no longer just an operational requirement: it is a strategic asset.
It is from this awareness that the Academy of E-Repair was created — a structured project that integrates field experience, technological innovation, and advanced maintenance culture, with a concrete focus on the real needs of manufacturing companies.
These two options are not equivalent, especially when dealing with components from Siemens, CNC systems, PLCs, drives, and power modules used in critical production lines.

This data highlights how, after the post-pandemic rebound, the productive system is experiencing a phase of stabilization and structural slowdown, despite the investments made.
With the advent of the circular economy, green jobs are growing, the result of a paradigm shift in the world of energy and production that is also positively influencing the labor market.
Founded in 2007, over the years E-Repair has distinguished itself for quality, reliability and innovation, becoming the market leader and the only Siemens service partner in Italy for the repair of industrial electronic boards. The heart of the activity is in the innovative laboratories, where qualified technicians work on 4 product lines, and are able to repair products of the main brands on the market. E-Repair develops customized preventive maintenance solutions that safeguard the system and reduce breakdowns, reducing downtime and costs of machine downtime. Through the services of: Product advance, technological washing, data back up and dedicated warehouse for the plant's strategic products.
2022 is a complex year, on the one hand the pandemic has changed the balance of the market, making company management more complex and the dynamics of production planning and the entire value chain in general. On the other hand, the industries and the Italian economy are facing an epochal change due to the transition to Industry 4.0 and digitalisation. While, the slowdown of the supply-chain in the procurement of semiconductors and microchips, in addition to the shortage of raw materials, in conjunction with the war in Ukraine and the exacerbation of relations with Russia which has triggered a dangerous spiral due to the progressive and uncontrolled increase in gas and energy prices in general forces companies to make new investments necessary for the ecological transition.
Technological innovation has reduced the life cycle of products, which are declared out of production after 3 or 5 years. In the industrial sector, companies that invest in a new production line expect that the repair and recovery service can guarantee its use for at least 10/15 years if not more.
E-Repair, a leading company in the reference sector and the only authorized Siemens service partner in Italy for the repair and regeneration of industrial electronic boards, has developed its core business on the concept of the circular economy.
